Are your prices negotiable?

No. Our prices are firm. We price every vehicle to the market up front instead of padding it and haggling back down, so what's listed is what you pay - plus the $199 doc fee and $85 title and tag.

Can you hold a car for me?

We don't take deposits, so vehicles are first come, first served. If you're on your way in, call and let us know - we'll tell you if someone else is already looking at it.

Do I need an appointment?

Walk-ins are welcome any time we're open. An appointment is worth it if you want a specific vehicle pulled up front and ready when you arrive.

What do I need to bring for a test drive?

A valid driver's license and proof of insurance. That's it.

Can I get financed with bad credit?

Usually, yes. We work with multiple lenders and all credit types - good, bad, or no credit history yet. Financing is finalized in person once you come in for a visit.

How much is my trade worth?

We can give you a ballpark over the phone from the year, mileage, and condition. A firm number requires an in-person inspection - we'll appraise it while you look at vehicles. Note that we only take trades against a purchase; we don't buy vehicles outright.

Do the vehicles come with a warranty?

Vehicles are sold as-is unless there's factory warranty remaining, which we'll tell you up front. Extended service contracts are available and quoted in person.

Do you deliver?

No - all sales are completed here at the lot. Out-of-state buyers are welcome and we'll walk you through the paperwork before you make the drive.

What are your hours?

Monday through Friday 9am to 6pm, Saturday 9am to 5pm, closed Sunday. The phone is answered 24/7 even when the lot is closed.
