Terms of Service

By providing your phone number and opting in to receive SMS messages from a dealership that uses Inventiq (operated by New Age Collections LLC, "we", "us", "our"), you agree to the following terms.

1. SMS program description

We send SMS messages on behalf of the participating dealership in response to your inquiries about vehicles, financing, trade-ins, and appointment scheduling. Messages are one-to-one and initiated by your conversation with us. We do not send marketing broadcasts or unsolicited messages.

2. Opt-in

You opt in to SMS messages by checking the consent checkbox and submitting your first name and phone number through the chat widget on the dealership's website. By doing so, you confirm that you have read and agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

3. Message frequency

Message frequency varies based on your conversation. Most customers receive between 1 and 15 messages per inquiry.

4. Message and data rates

Standard message and data rates from your wireless carrier may apply. We do not charge for messages, but your carrier might.

5. How to stop

You can opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive. After you reply STOP, you will receive one confirmation message and no further messages from us, unless you opt in again by replying START.

7. Eligible carriers

Service is available on most major U.S. wireless carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

8. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the service for unlawful purposes, to harass any individual, or to interfere with the operation of the service. We may suspend or terminate access to the service at any time for violations of these Terms.

9. Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Information shared via SMS — including vehicle availability, pricing, and appointment times — is intended as a convenience and may not reflect real-time changes. Final terms, availability, and pricing are confirmed at the dealership.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, neither Inventiq nor any participating dealership shall be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the service.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted at this URL. Continued use of the SMS service after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
