This Privacy Policy describes how Inventiq (operated by New Age Collections LLC, "we", "us", "our") and the participating dealership you are interacting with collect, use, and protect the information you provide when you use our SMS and chat service.

1. Information we collect

When you opt in to our SMS or web chat service via a dealership's website, we collect:

• Your first name
• Your 10-digit phone number
• The content of messages you send and receive through the service
• Optional information you provide during the conversation (for example, trade-in vehicle details, email address, appointment preferences)

2. How we use your information

We use the information you provide solely to:

• Respond to your inquiries about vehicles, financing, trade-ins, and scheduling
• Send appointment confirmations, reminders, and follow-up messages related to your inquiry
• Coordinate your visit to the dealership

3. SMS consent and sharing

SMS opt-in information and consent are not shared with, or sold to, any third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. SMS data is kept strictly between you, the participating dealership, and Inventiq.

Message frequency varies based on your conversation with the dealership. Message and data rates may apply per the terms of your wireless carrier. You can reply STOP at any time to opt out of SMS messages, or HELP for assistance.

4. Service providers

We use third-party service providers (such as Twilio for SMS delivery, OpenAI for natural-language responses, and Google Cloud for hosting our software) to operate the service. These providers handle your data only as needed to deliver the service and are bound by their own privacy and security obligations.

5. Data retention

We retain your information only as long as needed to respond to your inquiry and complete any related appointment, plus a reasonable period for record-keeping. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us using the information below.

6. Your choices

• You can opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message.
• You can request access to or deletion of your data by emailing newagecollections.contact@gmail.com.

7. Security

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect the information you share with us from unauthorized access, disclosure, or loss.

8. Children's privacy

Inventiq is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13. If we learn that we have collected such information, we will delete it.
