Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy describes how Inventiq (operated by New Age Collections LLC, "we", "us", "our") and the participating business you are contacting collect, use, and protect your information when you call, text, or chat with their assistant.

Inventiq answers calls and messages on behalf of a business you contacted. That business is who you're reaching; we provide the software that handles the conversation and passes it to their team.

1. Information we collect

Depending on how you reach the business, we may collect:

• Your phone number, from caller ID when you call or from the number you text from
• Your name, and an email address if you give one
• What you say on a call. Calls are converted to text so the assistant can respond and so the business's team can see what you asked for. We keep that text.
• The messages you send and receive by text or web chat
• Details you share during the conversation - for example the product or vehicle you're asking about, trade-in details, appointment preferences, or financing questions

2. How we use your information

We use what you share only to:

• Answer your questions and help you with what you called about
• Book your appointment or visit
• Pass your name, number, and a summary of the conversation to the business's team so they can follow up
• Send appointment confirmations, reminders, and follow-up messages about your inquiry
• Send you a link you asked for, such as a financing application

We do not sell your information, and we do not use it to advertise to you.

3. Phone calls

When you call a business using Inventiq, the call is answered by an automated assistant. Your speech is converted to text so the assistant can understand and reply, and so the business receives an accurate record of what you asked for. That text is stored with your phone number and shared with the business you called.

If you'd prefer not to speak with an automated assistant, you can ask for a person at any point in the call, or contact the business directly by another method.

4. Text messages and consent

SMS opt-in information and consent are not shared with, or sold to, any third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. SMS data is kept strictly between you, the participating business, and Inventiq.

Message frequency varies based on your conversation. Message and data rates may apply per the terms of your wireless carrier. You can reply STOP at any time to opt out of SMS messages, or HELP for assistance.

5. Who sees your information

Your conversation and contact details are shared with the business you contacted, so their team can follow up with you. They are not shared with any other business using Inventiq.

6. Service providers

We use third-party providers to operate the service: telephone and messaging carriers to connect calls and deliver texts, speech-to-text and language providers to understand and respond to conversations, and hosting providers to run our software. These providers handle your data only as needed to deliver the service and are bound by their own privacy and security obligations.

7. Data retention

We retain conversation records only as long as needed to respond to your inquiry and complete any related appointment, plus a reasonable period for record-keeping. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us using the information below.

8. Your choices

• Reply STOP to any text message to opt out of SMS.
• Ask for a person during a call instead of continuing with the assistant.
• Request access to or deletion of your data by emailing newagecollections.contact@gmail.com.

9. Security

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect the information you share with us from unauthorized access, disclosure, or loss.

10. Children's privacy

Inventiq is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13. If we learn that we have collected such information, we will delete it.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The most current version will always be posted at this URL. Continued use of the service after changes means you accept the updated Policy.
